SUBJECT: Recommended Capital Improvements
Once again, thank you in advance for all your hard work.
Attached is a list of recommended Capital Improvements for Fiscal Years 2012, 2013 and 2014
for your review. Please bring forward any other ideas you may have so we can draft a
prioritized list.
Once the draft is in place, administration will review and refine scope of work along with cost
estimates for submission to the Planning Zoning Commission. After the Planning Zoning
Commission review, you will have an opportunity to finalize the Capital Improvement Project
list and priorities in late December.

NOTES /COMMENTS
Design money is included in FY11 budget, A
Columbarium would not only extend the life of
existing cemetery but would also give
individuals an alternative from a more traditional
burial presently not available.
Project has been discussed by Parks Recreation
and is proposed to better identify plots and
provide permanent grave markers. A deposit of
$250 would cover cost for those not obtaining an
appropriate marker in six months time.
Project would provide funding for a contractor to
install landscape bricks around beds. Project
would provide a visual appeal and eliminate
extra maintenance, i.e., hand edging
