NOW, r EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE r Y OF KENAI THAT THE APPLICANT HAS DEMONSTRATED THAT THE PROPOSED ME S THE CONDITIONS REQUIRED FOR SAID OPERATION AND THEREFORE THE C MISSION DOES AUTHORIZE THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICIAL TO ISSUE THE PROPRIATE PERMIT. The water and wastewater systems must be approved by the State of Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation for the proposed use(s). A copy of the approved systems must be provided to the City of Kenai. 2. The guiding business is limited to two boats as described in the application. 3. House rules for the cabin rentals must be developed which are compatible with residential zoning including quiet hours. 4. All trash and fish remains must be properly disposed. Bear proof containers which meet Alaska Fish Game standards must be used for any trash kept at the property. 5. The Fire Marshall must inspect the cabins prior to occupancy and every two years thereafter to insure they are in compliance with fire safety codes.
