PZ12 -09 - An application to rezone a portion of Lot 1A -1, R.M. Thompson Subdivision 2012 Addition (14639 Kenai Spur Highway) from a split zone (IL - Light Industrial and CG - General Commercial) to CG - General Commercial. Application submitted by Graydon Cowgill, Friendship Mission, P.O. Box 2634, Kenai, Alaska. MOTION: Commissioner Koester MOVED to approve PZ12 -09 and Commissioner Smith SECONDED the motion. City Planner Kebschull reviewed the staff report included in the packet, noting a house would be built on the back part of the lot which was permitted as a secondary use, and recommending approval. Twait opened the meeting to public hearing. There being no one wishing to speak, the public hearing was closed. There were no Commissioner comments. VOTE: MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
