Mayor Porter called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m.
1. Pledge of Allegiance
Mayor Porter led those assembled in the Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Roll Call
There were present:
Pat Porter, Mayor Ryan Marquis, Vice -Mayor
Terry Bookey Robert Molloy
Tim Navarre Brian Gabriel
Mike Boyle
Comprising a quorum of the Council.
Also in attendance were:
Nancy Carver, Planning &'Zoning Assistant
UNSCHEDULED COMMENTS -- None.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Regarding Subjects That Tend to Prejudice the Reputation and Character of any
Person -- City Attorney Contract.
3. Agenda Approval
Council Member Marquis MOVED to approve the agenda as presented and
requested UNANIMOUS CONSENT. Council Member Bookey SECONDED the
motion. There were no objections. SO ORDERED.

Council Member Marquis MOVED to convene into Executive Session and
Council Member Molloy SECONDED the motion.

Council Member Molloy reported the Council met in Executive Session and
agreed to continue the Executive Session at the June 6, 2012 Council meeting.
Council Member Gabriel requested a time frame.
Council Member Molloy indicated his intent was to hold the Executive Session
following the June 6, 2012 Council meeting.
There being no further business before the Council, the meeting was adjourned
at approximately 6:55 p.m.
