CITY OF KENAI
ORDINANCE NO. 217'7-2006
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA
INCREASING ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS BY $2,500 IN
THE GENERAL FUND FOR POLICE TRAINING.
WHEREAS, the City has received $2,500 from the Alaska Police Standards
Council for police training; and,
WHEREAS, these funds will allow for additional officers to receive police related
training throughout FY2007; and,
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Kenai to provide for the
training of its police officers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASI{A that estimated rev2nues and appropriations be increased as
follows:
General Fund
Increase Estimated Revenues:
Miscellaneous Revenue $2,500
Increase Appropriations:
Police - Transportation & Training $2,500
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, this second day
of August, 2006.
