RESOLUTION NO. :2003-39
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA
AUTHORIZING THE USE OF THE EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUND TO
PURCHASE AN AMBULANCE.
WHEREAS, the City owns a 1988 ambulance that is scheduled to be replaced in
FY 2004; and
WHEREAS, the General Fund will repay the Equipment Replacement Fund over
15 years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that the City is authorized to use the Equipment Replacement
Fund to purchase an ambulance. The estimated cost is $140,000.
