RESOLUTION NO. 2003-51
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA
AWARDING A FIVE-YEAR CONTRACT FOR ALASKA REGIONAL AIRCRAFT
FIREFIGHTER TRAINING FACILITY VENDING MACHINE CONCESSION TO
TYLER DISTRIBUTING COMPANY, INC.
WHEREAS, Invitation to Bids were solicited for a vending machine concession
for a period of five years at the Alaska Regional Aircraft Firefighter Training
Facility; and,
WHEREAS, only one responsive bid was received and the bid amount submitted
was $25.00 per month.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that a five-year contract for the Alaska Regional Aircraft
Firefighter Training Facility Concession be awarded to Tyler Distributing
Company, Inc.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, this 15t~ day of
October, 2003. ~.
