IESOLUTION N®. 20®9-16
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, AUTHORIZING
A BUDGET TRANSFER OF $10,000 WITHIN THE WATER AND SEWER SPECIAL
REVENUE FUND FROM CONTINGENCY TO OPERATING AND REPAIR SUPPLIES.
WHEREAS, chemical prices have increased substantially; and,
WHEREAS, the Sewer Treatment Plant Operating Supplies budget is not sufficient to
cover t'Ze estimated cost through the end of FY 2009; arid,
WHEREAS, funds are available in the department's contingency account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA, the following budget transfers be made:
From:
Water and Sewer Fund -Sewer Treatment Plant
Contingency $10,000
To:
Water and Sewer Fund -Sewer Treatment Plant
Operating and Repair Supplies $10,000
