Subject: Recommendation ATM Concession
Bids were solicited on June 21 and 22, 2009, for the right to operate and maintain an
Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Concession in the airport terminal. Two (2)
individuals picked up bid packets and two (2) bids were received at 10:00a.m. on
Wednesday, June 24.
In connection with the offer, the bids were as follows:
Tyler Distributing 36% of gross receipts per month
Reean Pitts 21% of gross receipts per month
Bid documents were reviewed for completeness. One bidder overlooked the Bidder's
Affidavit form and did not complete it. This was brought to the attention of the City
Attorney and City Manager, and after their review was determined to be a responsive
bid.
It is recommended the City Manager enter into the Automated Teller Machine (ATM)
Concession Agreement with Tyler Distributing effective July 1, 2009, who submitted the
highest responsible bid.
