Home My WebLink AboutResolution No. 2010-45the cit KENAI, ALASKA A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, DECLARING EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES, AND MATERIALS SURPLUS OR OBSOLETE, AND TO BE SOLD AS ALLOWED IN KENAI MUNICIPAL CODE 7.15.060. WHEREAS, the pieces of equipment, supplies, and materials listed on Attachment A are no longer needed by the City of Kenai; and, WHEREAS, Kenai Municipal Code 7.15.060 allows the sale of surplus or obsolete equipment, supplies and materials by auction, competitive sealed bid or an internet sale process; and, WHEREAS, a competitive sealed bid auction or internet sale process are reasonable and acceptable means of disposal of surplus and obsolete City property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, that the items listed on Attachment A be declared surplus or obsolete, and that the items on Attachment A may be sold as provided in KMC 7.15.060.
