CITY OF KENAI
RESOLUTION NO. 2006-28
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA,
TRANSFERRING $12,000 IN THE WATER AND SEWER FUND FOR SUPPLIES
WHEREAS, the cost of chemicals used at the Wastewater Treatment Plant have
increased during the year; and,
WHEREAS, the budget in the Operating Supplies account is not sufficient for the
remainder of the fiscal year; and,
WHEREAS, funds are available in the Wastewater Treatment Department Contingency
account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA, that the following budget transfers be made:
Water and Sewer F~ind
From: Wastewater Treatment - Contingency $12,000
To: Wastewater Treatment - Operating Supplies $12,000
