A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, AUTHORIZING
SUBMITTAL OF A GRANT APPLICATION TO THE ALASKA ENERGY AUTHORITY FOR A
KENAI MAINTENANCE SHOP WASTE OIL FURNACE FOR THE AMOUNT OF ~6,951.
WHEREAS, Rick Koch, City Manager, is authorized to represent the City of Kenai for
purposes of this application; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai is in good standing with respect to its existing credit and
federal ta~c obligations; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA, that the City Administration is authorized to submit a grant application to
the Alaska Energy Authority for a Kenai Maintenance Shop Waste Oil Furnace for the
amount of $6,951.
