CITY OF KENAI
RESOLUTION NO. 2007-17
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA,
TRANSFERRING $30,000 IN THE GENERAL FUND FOR LIGHTING AND SECURITY
IMPROVEMENTS AT THE MULTI-PURPOSE FACILITY.
WHEREAS, improved lighting and security features are needed at the Multipurpose
Facility; and,
WHEREAS, funds are available in the Athletic Reserve Funds; and,
WHEREAS, funds are available for transfer in the Legislative Advertising budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA, that the following budget transfers be made and the Athletic Reserve Fund
Balance will be reduced for this expenditure:
General Fund
From: Legislative -Advertising
To: Recreation -Buildings
$30, 000
$30,000
