CITY OF KENAI
RESOLUTION NO. 2007-49
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA,
TRANSFERRING $140,000 IN THE RUNWAY IMPROVEMENT CAPITAL PROJECT
FUND TO COVER ANTICIPATED CHANGE ORDERS.
WHEREAS, the construction account for the Runway Improvement Capital Project
fund is not sufficient to cover anticipated change orders on the project; and,
WHEREAS, funds are available for transfer in the Administration and Engineering
accounts; and,
WHEREAS, change orders to the project are grant eligible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA, that the following budget transfers be made:

From: Administration
Engineering

To: Construction
140 000
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, this third day of July
