CITY OF KENAI
RESOLUTION NO. 2007-52
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, DECLARING
EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES, AND MATERIALS SURPLUS OR OBSOLETE.
WHEREAS, the pieces of equipment, supplies, and materials listed on Attachment A are
no longer needed by the City of Kenai; and,
WHEREAS, a public outcry or competitive sealed bid auction are reasonable and
acceptable means of disposal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY Or^ KENAI,
ALASKA, that the items listed on Attachment A be declared surplus or obsolete and
available to sell at an outcry public or sealed bid auction.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA this first day of August,
