Re: Substitute Ordinance 2646 -2012
Subsequent to the August 1, 2012 work session regarding the allocation of a $4,000,000 State
grant received by the City, British Petroleum donated a 55' X 120', soft -sided (tent) enclosure to
the City. The donation has created a project to erect and provide power to the building at an
estimated cost of $50,000. The tent will be erected on the site of the future City shop. Substitute
Ordinance 2646 -2012 appropriates $50,000 into the City Shop Capital Project Fund for the
erection and installation of electrical for the new tent.
